May Women in Tourism Networking Breakfast

Cost: $35 for Members and $45 for non-members payable by Credit card, Cheque or direct debit. No payments will be accepted on the day.

The guest speaker for May's Women in Tourism breakfast is Anna Carroll, Manager Communications and Program Services, of the Gold Coast Rapid Transit project.

We all know that the Gold Coast is one of Australia's fastest growing cities, but the growing population and increase in visitor numbers are causing increasing congestion on our local road network. With no new major roads planned for the coastal corridor, the introduction of a sustainable public transport network is vital to keep our city moving.

As early construction works have already begun on the project, join us in the Nielsens Room at the Radisson Resort Gold Coast, Palm Meadows where Anna will discuss how the project will benefit the community and the Coast's flourishing tourism industry.

Please note the Nielsens Room is located in the Palm Meadows Golf Course Clubhouse, not the main Radisson Resort building.

Note: All WIT functions are pre-paid. No money will be accepted at the door. Refunds will only be given if we receive written notification of the cancellation 72 working hours prior to the function to rsvp@womenintourism.org. Paid tickets may be transferred, however the discounted rate of tickets only applies to current financial Members of Women in Tourism. If a WIT Member transfers their ticket to a non-member the full visitor rate is applicable.
