Tips on Flourishing in Times of Hardship
Take a journey within?and see the results around you
To celebrate International Women's Day, this month our speaker will take us on a journey into ourselves to help us thrive in all parts of our lives.
As anyone in travel -- and any other business -- knows, in tough times having the right attitude helps keep us winners. Laurie Collins, Australian head of The Journey self development programs, will share how times like these are an invitation for us to wake up and do things differently to allow all areas of our lives to flourish.
As well as discussing the stifling affect of fear, she will give us tips on allowing our innate potential to be fully realised during times of hardship.
Want to transform your life and business success? We invite you to a Women in Tourism breakfast with quite a different travel experience!
BIO
Laurie Collins, Australian Director of The Journey self development programs, has a background in Marketing and Advertising. Graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree, she had a vision set on climbing the success ladder as an outstanding business woman!
But early on, life brought its challenges and Laurie started a search to free herself from depression. In 1998, she was introduced to The Journey and Brandon Bays and has never looked back!
With a love in her heart to help others awaken to their true self and live a passionate life, she began working for The Journey in 2000. For 10 years she has been an inspirational and constructive part of The Journey's global expansion, in Europe, Africa, America and Australasia.
As a senior Journey presenter she facilitates many of The Journey's curriculum courses, including JourneyWoman, the profound and highly-praised retreat she adapted and evolved from The Journey's core teachings. Laurie is passionate, warm and even cheeky by nature and presents with clarity, depth, insight and a great deal of love.
