A note from your PresidentLisa Somerville - President

Women in Tourism is a Not-for-profit networking organisation where Gold Coast Professional Business Women (and men) meet on the first Friday of every month to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and a morning of networking at member venues located around the Coast.

Members of our close knit organisation enjoy getting to know like-minded individuals from not only the Tourism industry but a wide variety of companies and organsiations around the Gold Coast.

Each month we host raffles at our breakfast to raise money for our nominated Charities which include: Majella House, Tweed Shire Womens Service, McLeod Support Services and Rosies Mission. All monies raised are donated to each Charity when a cheque is presented at our Christmas breakfast.

Our volunteer Committee consists of 13 amazing women all from a diverse range of industries including research, accommodation, communications, tourism operators, iconic venues and locations to name a few.

As well as our monthly breakfast we also get-together socially once a month to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine and chit-chat at our WIT & Wine night held at the Watermark Hotel & Spa in Surfers with other Women in Tourism Members. It's just another way to get to know other members in a more relaxed less formal environment.

We love to meet new and interesting people so if you want to get to know more Business professionals on the Coast and devleop long-term business relationships than come and enjoy our next Breakfast and see for yourself!!

In the mean time next time you hear a good song on the radio.... Sing like no one can hear you.... you'll be surprised on how enjoyable it is.
